SECTION 01 // WHO WE ARE & THE TALLAHASSEE STUDIO STORY

Born on Mahan Drive to Bridge Educational Disparities Across Florida’s Capital City.

In April 2020, when school closures and socioeconomic divides threatened to widen the literacy and technology gap for underserved students in Leon County, community strategist and published author Ashley Scott incorporated Creative Mind Solutions, Inc. (Florida Sunbiz Document #N20000004227), earning official IRS 501(c)(3) public charity designation in May 2020.

Operating from our statutory headquarters at 3122 Mahan Drive, Suite 801-300, Tallahassee, FL 32308, we rejected passive remedial worksheets in favor of an electrifying studio philosophy: children learn deepest when they are empowered as creators, authors, and engineers.

01. LITERACY AS AUTHORSHIP

Supported by the Children’s Services Council of Leon County (CSC Leon), our summer campers don’t just read books—they draft manuscripts, illustrate storyboards, and hold their own ISBN-style bound books at community book signings.

02. CONTINUUM STEM EQUITY

In collaboration with United Partners for Human Services (UPHS) and Volunteer Leon, we bring mobile robotics, coding circuits, and parent coaching directly to Title I neighborhoods.
